More Fabric Storage!

I've been itching to do some "re-purposing" and painting ...
so when I walked into GDub (no, not the president - Goodwill :))
and found this old microwave cart for $5 - I just had to get it!

Sure - the top was warping and it was pretty ugly,
but those are just minor details for us DIY'ers, right?
I had plans for this baby!! :)

A little paint, a lot of mod-podge, some left over
Fabric Scraps and one hour later ....
and you get this ---

a new shelf for SOME of my Fabric!!!! :)

It's perfect for some of the bulkier stuff - like Insul Bright or Batting!

I have a lot more to fold and put out,
but it's a start! :)

I also love that I can wheel it around and use the top for cutting, gluing, wrapping, anything really!
It adds a little more table space! :)

Operation Clean Craft Room begins ...

  1. What a great idea. I'm always looking for more fabric storage idea. Thanks for sharing.
