Cover for Ipod Nano!

My Final Project before baby ...

I got a new Ipod Nano for Christmas (thanks George!!) and it's so pretty and shiny I didn't want to ruin it by using it without a case! (I'm pretty rough on things - I just throw EVERYTHING in my HUGE purse!) ... but I couldn't bring myself to pay $25 for a case at Target and hadn't gotten around to ordering one on Amazon (I LOVE online shopping!) so ... I decided to make a case until the one I order arrives!

I like it so much - I may just keep this one and return the other one!

*It even has a space for the headsets at the bottom! :)

Moved to the closet ...

It's a sad day! My "craft corner" is no longer taking over the dining room! :( It's officially been "put away" in the closet!

Nelson will be here on Thursday (yayyy!) ... and then we're moving at the end of the month (booo!)... so I'll be taking a break from all my sewing/crafting for a few weeks!

At least it's organized nicely in the closet ... it never looked like that in the dining room, haha.

Nelson's ready for the Superbowl!

Now that we know Nelson will DEFINITELY be here by Sunday (YAYYYY).... I had to make him a cute little outfit for his first Superbowl!

I don't even REALLY like football -- but i DO like the Superbowl for 2 reasons ...

1. It's ALWAYS the Sunday before/after/during my birthday (i love any excuse to party on a Sunday evening!)
2. The commercials are so great!

So here's his little outfit! I appliqued a football on his onesie and then made him a matching bib! :) I have some adorable brown cords that match .... he's going to look so cute! :)
