{Scrap Paper Flower Tutorial}

I've never been into "paper crafting" - or scrapbooking!
(If I can get pictures printed in an album then I'm doing good!)
So if these paper flowers are old news to you -
just skip to the final result and oooo and ahhh for me!
Because I'm quite proud of myself! :)

But if you want to learn to make the most simple.{adorable}.paper flower. EVER. then keep reading! ;)

What you need:
- Paper Scrap (Mine measured about 1" x 11.5")
-Hot Glue
-Embellishments (button, sequin, etc)

1. Fold up one side of your scrap paper (I did about .5")

2. Continue folding the paper accordian style. (see picture)

 until you've folded the entire length of paper ...

3. Put hot glue on one end and attach the flower.
So that it looks like this:

Now add any embellishments if you'd like!
I added a simple coordinating button!

I just LOVE these -- I want to put them on EVERYTHING!

  5. I find that the best way to make paper rigid and nearly water proof is a product called Enviro-tex. It sounds like a garbage disposal company, but it is a two part epoxy resin.
