Play Market Inspiration

Last year for Christmas I bought Wild Man this play kitchen.

I love the simplicity.

I love that he has to really use his imagination.

But there is not a lot of storage for our {growing} pile of play food!

So I started dreaming about a "market" --

a place to store all the food.

a place to "sell" his food.

a place to learn about numbers and money.

a place to learn about fruits & vegetables.

I feel like a market is such a great learning tool.

I thought about buying this one ...

 but decided I could probably make it for less than $109.00.

So then I turned to Pinterest for some inspiration --

and I found two that I LOVED!

However, both of these are a bit too big for our space.

But I came up with something just as FABULOUS!

I'll give you a hint! 

 It involves this RAST Nightstand from Ikea. 

I'm almost done - just waiting on my order from Amazon to arrive!
